Routine inspection conducted:
- Walk-in cooler at 4C.
- Walk-in freezer - satisfactory.
- Cook line prep coolers (3 units) ranged from 0.5C to 4C.
- Alcohol walk-in cooler at 4C.
- Cook line cooler unit located under grill was at 3.3C.
- Bar cooler at 4C.
- Kitchen under counter freezer at -17C.
- Chemical dishwashers had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer (minimum of 50ppm required for sanitizing.)
- Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
- Test strips (bleach/quat) - available.
- Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
- Bar glasswasher at 12.5ppm iodine sanitizer (minimum of 12.5ppm required for sanitizing).
- Ice machine - clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored safely at the time of inspection.
- Food storage - well organized (off the floor, covered, and raw foods stored below ready-to-eat foods).
- Thermometers present in cold holding units. Temperature log - available on-site.
- Professional pest control sources - on site (once a month). Traps are set.

Recommendations:
- Repair a door seal for the walk-in cooler.
- Repair a bar wall-mounted paper towel dispenser.
