Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # JAHN-BG3Q4C of Sep-16-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 1. An old, unsanitary crock pot noted. 2. Observed food spills & build up of ice on the interior of small coolers. Correction: 1. Remove old & unused equipment from the kitchen. 2. Clean & sanitize the inside of all coolers, including the condenser unit in the walk-in cooler.

Follow up inspection was conducted and the following observations were made: - Pest control service was received since the last inspection and the owner has addressed the issues that the pest control had pointed out (installing backdoor sweep etc.) - The backdoor in the kitchen was replaced - Pest control service will be received biweekly until the infestation is resolved - Fly strips were removed from food preparation areas - No flies observed at the time of inspection - All coolers and fans in the walk-in cooler have been cleaned - Raw meats are stored away from produce - General sanitation has improved
