- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from dispenser at 3-compartment sink and in spray bottle
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing
- Walk-in freezer at -18C
- Walk-in cooler at 2C, Undercounter cooler at 1C, Topping inserts were all below 4C, Beverage cooler containing milk was at 4C
- Hot holding units were above 60C
- Food storage practices good
- No thawing of frozen food was occurring at time of inspection
- General sanitation good, no signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- No light covers were missing
- Temperature records well maintained
