Cleaning and painting has occurred in the kitchen area. Most areas that required cleaning in previous inspection addressed. good. Area behind the bin freezer next to the deep frier not addressed. The freezer will need to be moved to properly clean this area. A scheduled cleaning system for this section of the kitchen is required. Have in place for next scheduled inspection. Plan for ceiling tile replacement still outstanding. Review at next scheduled inspection.
