- Handsinks are maintained
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available at the dishwashing sink
- 100ppm chlorine residual detected in sanitizer buckets with cloths
- 100ppm chlorine residual detected in low temp dishwasher at plate's surface
- All coolers measured <4C, except for the prep line cooler which measured 8C at the time of inspection. As per the temperature log, this cooler measured <4C this morning and last night. Ensure to keep monitoring the temperature of this cooler. The operator is to have it serviced if the temperature fails to drop.
- All freezers measured <-18C
- Hot holding foods (chick nuggets, patties) measured >60C
- Pest control report was reviewed
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Noted some dripping of water under the handsink near the office. The operator is to call for service to fix the leak.
