Observation: The condition on your permit is for NO GRILLING/FRYING AND SINGLE SERVICE UTENSILS only. Operator is using reusable dishes and frying eggs in a frying pan on the over the counter burner. This is not acceptable. You require a dishwasher if you want to use reusable dishes since you have more than 10 seats on-site.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all reusable dishes from the premises. You can not grill or fry any foods unless you get a proper ventilation system.
