Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza slices on display at 30C. Pizza that has been just baked measured at 64C. No timer being used to time track pizzas on display.
Corrective Action(s): Staff started the timer program in computer at the time of inspection. Ensure each pizza is entered in the program and they are discarded after 2 hours. Staff and operator are well aware of the process.

Freezer at -10C.
QUAT sanitizer from spray bottle and from dispenser measured at 200ppm - recently installed new sanitizer system; facility used to use chlorine sanitizer. *Ensure to get test strips for Quaternary Ammonium sanitizer*
Sanitation is maintained.
Pest control service by Terminix Canada every 2 weeks - recent report states rodent activity from the trap installed beneath the prep table. No rodents observed when EHO checked the trap. No other pest activity observed at the time of inspection. Ensure to block/cover the hole in the wall next to the trap.
Staff holds valid Foodsafe certificates.
