Comments

Floor around flour storage better. Upright freezer much less frosted and keeping better temperature. Noted at range between -15 to -21 C. Good. Note: Sink area is becoming difficult to keep clean. Silicone sealant and washboard above sink is building up with mould and slimes. Also noted around handsink faucet in area. Chrome finish is pealing off some of the sink hardware. A renovation plan is needed for this location, especially at dish sinks. Review plan at next scheduled inspection.
