Hand-washing stations (front, back) supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
Coolers (walk in, prep, upright, undercounter) < or = to 4 C.
Freezers (walk in, chest) < or = -18 C.
Thermometers for cold units - available;
Food items are stored in plastic insert containers with lids and labeled.
Hot-holding units > or = 60C.
Temperature log was kept up to date. No temperature issues were noted.
Three compartment sink - satisfactory;
Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm concentration.
Dishwasher at 69.9 C & 50 ppm of Chlorine.
Surface sanitizer available in designated buckets with presoaked wiping cloths at 100 ppm chlorine solution.
Dry storage area is well organized. Dry food items stored off the floor at min 6 inches.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
