General Comments
3-compartment sink method in effect. Bleach sanitizer at 100 ppm (1/2 tsp in 1 L water). *Note: the second sink should be filled with warm water to rinse off detergent residue. The third sink is for sanitizing (bleach water). The sanitizer will not be as effective if detergent is not rinsed off beforehand.
Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
