Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is in use at 200 ppm. Suggest keeping wiping cloths in sanitizer between use, change solution 2-4 hours or as needed. Ensure sanitizer in spray bottles is at 200 ppm Quats. Discussed solution preparation for staff, solution prepared and tested, at 200 ppm Quats
