Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted Kangen water device obstructing convenient access to hand sink. Device was completely blocking hot water tap.
Corrective Action(s): Remove or relocate device so that the hand sink is fully accessible. Telephone conversation with operator who said that the filter on the kangen device has recently been changed and the device was not put back to it's proper location which is behind the hand sink.

Hand wash station was fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water. See violation code 401 re: accessibility*.
All coolers 4C or less (prep cooler, upright two door cooler...etc)
Freezers x 3 all less than -18C
Premises is approved to make smoothies and juices on site and sells premade meals. No premade meals on site at time of inspection. Ensure all foods are from approved sources and keep documentation on site. No documentation on site for protein balls. Confirmed supplier is still training day cafe (via telephone with operator).
New coffee machine added - located beside hand sink. Not in use at time of inspection. Device is small and based on staff member explanation, requires minimal food handling. No concerns at this time. Do not make any changes to the operation without obtaining health approval. This includes adding equipment and menu items.
Good general sanitation.No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
Quat sanitizer at source and in sanitizing compartment of ware washing sink, and in container with cloth submerged 200ppm
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed at time of inspection – no concerns.
Ensure juicer on site is taken a part and fully cleaned/sanitized at least every 4 hours after initial use.
All foods appeared protected (ie. covered, stored off the ground...etc)
Foodsafe trained staff on duty.
