Observation: 1. Dishwasher had 0ppm chlorine on plate. Staff had not been recording concentration since June 9, 2022.
2. Staff was using Mr. Clean as sanitizer. No sanitizer is present in facility.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Fix dishwasher so that at least 50ppm chlorine is achieved on plate.
2. Purchase an approved sanitizer and use to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Note:
Operator has moved cashier area and used part of an old dining area as their new front retail end. Besides cashier, there is now an espresso machine, and hot display case. There is no handwashing station at this area. Handwashing station is required for the new area, as there is food preparation involved. Either add a handwashing station, or move espresso machine and hot display case at the back.

This facility is ordered CLOSED until a follow-up inspection is conducted by Fraser Health Authority.
In order to re-open:
1. Fix dishwasher so that at least 50ppm chlorine is noted on plate.
2. Purchase an approved sanitizer.
