Observation: There's sugar spilled inside the bin alongside the opened bag of sugar that's being stored there. There's a paper cup sitting directly in the opened bag of sugar along with a scoop.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use paper cups to scoop out sugar. Clean the inside of the bin.

211 - Frozen potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above -18 °C. [s. 14(3)]
Observation: The walk-in freezer temperature is -11 degC. The curtains have been drawn to the side.
Corrective Action(s): Freezer temperature should be at or below -18 degC. As discussed in the past, do not draw curtains to the side. The whole point of having curtains in that freezer is to try to keep the cold air inside and keep the temperature down.

Observation: One of the cupboards is missing a door. One of the cupboard doors is off it's bottom hinge and is falling off.
