Observation: * Some potato hash browns were found uncovered in 2-door glass cooler(back room area) and operator was reminded to cover food in storage areas; also, cell phone found along with food/drink on food prep table and this is unsanitary and can lead to cross contamination
Corrective Action(s): * Cover ALL food in storage areas to protect from contamination; also, do not store personal food/drink/cell phones, etc., on food prep tables-- rather keep them in staff areas (eg. back storage room) away from food/food equipment
