Observation: Foods in the walk-in Cooler are above 4 degC. Ribs were at 7 degC; Roast at 9.5 degC; pasta sauce was at 8.1 degC.
Corrective Action(s): All the PHF's were discarded during the inspection. Do not store any more PHF's in the walk-in cooler until it's fixed and can maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below.

2) The cold water tap at the 2nd faucet at the 3-compartment sink is not working.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Fix/replace the walk-in cooler. Don't store any PHF's in there until it has been fixed and can maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below.
