Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Toppings such as cooked mushroom, mayo sauce, etc. are stored in containers with ice underneath. Food internal temperature is measured at 6.2oC.
Corrective Action(s): Storing food containers under ice or even surrounded by ice is not a long term option. A undercounter compartment cooler should be added.
