Follow-up inspection: - Hand washing station basin free of utensils and plates. - Bay door seals properly when closed. - Holes under the 2 compartment sink sealed. - Most rodent droppings cleaned from the facility. Clean up the additional droppings close to the back entrance door. - Tight sealed containers used to stored open bags of food. - Guard part of the dough mixer not cleaned properly. Staff cleaned and sanitized the area at the time of inspection. *Ensure Food Safety Plan for frozen soup is submitted to the Environmental Health Officer for review.
