Quats sanitizer in buckets available in the front and back measured at 200ppm. No food noted in the sanitizing sink measured at 200ppm. Test strips onsite. Staff belongings are hung on wall hooks and stored away from food. Dead mouse removed in the front service area. No droppings noted in the same cupboard, around mop sink or dishwasher area. A few more droppings noted in the back area and operator cleaned at time of inspection. Pest control reports were e-mailed and reviewed. Technician informed operator that there is no entry point identified but he will be verifying if there are other ways to identify access points. ***Please continue to keep food stored in rodent proof containers and maintain floor sanitation in order to monitor for pest activity. Forward pest control reports for the next 3 months for review.
