The cooler registered 5.2 C at the time of inspection. * Seal/caulk the small gap in the ceiling panel in the walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler below 4 degrees C. Beverage cooler below 4 degrees C. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. Bleach water sanitizer available. Deep freezer below -18 degrees C. Food contact surfaces maintained. General sanitation is satisfactory.
