Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the floor at the food/wall interface below all equipment to remove old spilled food and old droppings

Observation: Floor not cleaned below all equipment and hard to reach areas as requested in report on March 7.
Underside of unit above grill not cleaned as requested in report on March 7.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the floor below all the equipment through out the premises to remove old food debris build up as well as old rodent droppings. This includes the floor below and behind the dishwasher, below all mechanical refrigeration equipment, below the ice machine, below the cooking grill etc. Old rodent droppings need to be removed so that I can gauge the on going infestation.
Clean underside of unit above grill to remove build up of grease so that it does not fall onto the cooking surface.
