Follow up inspection to verify violations have been corrected:
- Hard to reach areas of the floor have been cleaned and are free from accumulation of debris and grime. Ensure detail and frequency of cleaning in these areas is sufficient to prevent accumulation of debris/grime in future.
- Pest Control company (Phantom) was on-site today to provide service for flies and insects. Additional fly lights and traps were installed. Follow recommendations of Pest Control technician and ensure high level of sanitation is maintained. Additionally, keep door from seating area to food preparation/storage areas closed. It has been noted propped open on multiple occasions. There appears to be less flies present than previous inspection. If issue does not fully resolve, contact Pest Control technician for additional measures to be taken to address issue.
- Spray bottle now present for application of multi surface peroxide disinfectant. This product is used in customer seating area for high touch surfaces. Ensure cleaning/sanitation procedures are being followed.
