Sweets are supplied from the commissary in Surrey. During transportation please ensure that all food is well covered and protected. Ensure that transfat information from the commissary must be available at this location too. Please, remind your staff to wear proper, protective clothing and hair protection while preparing the food. Keep wiping clothes in approved sanitizer at all times ( bleach ) Discussed the Foodsafe certification reminder that will be expiring on July, 2018. Updated training to all kitchen staff.
