Outstanding items from previous follow up inspection have been corrected: 1. Prep line cooler has been serviced. No more water pooling underneath the bottom drawers. Bottom has been cleaned and sanitized. 2. Light covers in the fume hood area have been installed. 3. Ceiling tiles/vents have been cleaned. Continue to do regular cleaning of the various areas in the kitchen area. Organize items in the electrical room beside the ice machine. Note: Two prep line coolers (on on the cooking side) and the other close to the walk-in cooler were dripping water onto the floor and pooling. These two equipment requires servicing to ensure it is in good working order.
