Note: Re-position lower shelf height to provide 6" clearance from the floor to allow for ease of cleaning. Handwashing facilities maintained – warm water supply, stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers. Premise sanitation satisfactory. No signs of pest activity observed - kiosk Professional pest control service in place. 3 compartment sink correctly set-up for manual dishwashing (Sanitizing sink 100 ppm chlorine) Wiping rags in use stored in dilute bleach sanitizer (100 ppm chlorine) Note: Ensure sanitizer containers are refreshed every 2 hours to maintain effective concentration. Display cooler 0 C, mini freezer -9 C undercounter cooler -1 C (panini), coffee station undercounter cooler 5 C (cooler frequently opened during inspection, monitor cooler to ensure temperature recovers to 4 C) Storage room: fridge 4 C / -5 C Note: Updated Food Safety Plan received from Blenz head office.
