A follow-up inspection was completed: - The sandwich assembly cooler had temperature of 4C (40F) in the top food insert area, and -1C in the bottom storage area. Service person on-site at time of inspection, completing repairs. Sandwich assembly cooler can store perishable foods. - The creamer dispensing unit by the front POS station was removed from use, as it couldn't be fixed. A new one will be replacing it later this week. The premises is only using one creamer dispensing unit at this time, the temperature was -2C.
