Observation: A glass is used to scoop ice and is stored on top of the ice.
Dirty mops are being washed in the dishpit sinks.
Corrective Action(s): Use a metal ice scoop to prevent glass breakage.
Do not put mop heads in sinks or dishwasher. Wash in clean, soapy ater in mop bucket.
Store ice scoop out of ice in a clean location.

Observation: Cleaning requires improvement. Food buildup noted on floors, walls and equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Clean more thoroughly and frequently: walls, walk-in cooler walls, shelves and floor at base of walls, fronts of equipment, waitress station, potato cuttter, garbage cans, staff washrooms, etc.
