Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed mold growth on both inside walls of ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to empty bin and sanitize ice machine at time. Must ensure all parts that come into contact with ice/water are sanitized before restarting the ice making process.

Observation: No staff on site has foodsafe. A shift change occured at approximately 4:25 pm, however incoming staff also did not have foodsafe.
Corrective Action(s): At least one staff on site must be foodsafe certified. Please schedule or train accordingly to meet this requirement (1 week). Retain any proof of registration in courses if you choooes to train more staff.

Dipper well on for scoops.
No signs of pest activity.
Staff went to purchase ice from store at time of inspection.
