Discussed with construction lead. B) Drain pipe from sink leaking at elbow under counter. Corrective Action(s): Items discussed listed as construction deficiencies and will be fixed. Floor drains now hidden inside and below cabinetry. Regular and scheduled maintenance a must for these drains to ensure drain/fruit flies or other pests do not develop. Cooling units all below 4 C. Freezers below -18 C Dishwasher reached 72 C at plate. General construction work looks pretty good.
