Comments

Hot water supply has been restored. hot water temp 65 C. Hot water tank reset by plumber, loss of hot water due to power surge from construction activity in adjacent unit. Sanitizer reservoirs in place for all wiping rags in use, 100 ppm chlorine. Closure order complied with and now rescinded, premise may re-open for operation.
