Backing up issue for sinks at the bar have been fixed. However, the appropriate sink for the dipper well has not been set up. No ice available in any sinks at time of inspection, but pop lines still lead into 3rd compartment of 3 compartment sink where the hand washing is done. Kitchen staff said that he will need to call the coca cola company to readjust the lines. Reminded staff that the drain pipe line from the espresso machine must also not be into the designated ice well (ie. extend to hand sink compartment). *Changes must be completed by next week at follow-up inspection. Ice to be dispensed from separate container until interim.
