Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher in kitchen and glass washer initially not dispensing adequate levels of bleach to dishes. (initially 0 ppm)
Corrective Action(s): Kitchen washers were serviced during inspection and glass washer was primed with a full bottle of sanitizer. All washers are now dispensing 50 ppm bleach to dishes.
