- Bleach sanitizer solution available in labelled spray bottle at 200 ppm
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 74C at plate surface level during final rinse
- Cooler was measured to be below 4C
- Freezer temperature satisfactory
- General sanitation excellent
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Temperature records well maintained, accurate thermometers available

*Note: Meals at this facility are made at King George location; number of total meals prepared at King George location cannot exceed 60 meals a day. Based on schedules, it is likely that daily combined numbers at both facilities are exceeding 60 meals a day. A kitchen chef for this location must be hired, or meals must be catered out of a larger commissary (Management currently working on decision - decision was supposed to be made by July 2017). Contact health inspector with final decision by end of this week.
