At the inspection dated June 9, 2021 there were 16 children and 2 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified therefore no written response is required. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. The Covid-19 Risk Screening Tool was completed with the facility manager prior to entrance as required by the Fraser Health Authority. Licensing outlined the precautions that would be taken during the inspection. In practicing Covid-19 precautions the inspection report was completed off site with arrangements made for delivery, therefore unsigned.
