* Clean floor to remove dirt and dry food spills in dry storage room underneath front counter. * Do not store any food items underneath the hand wash sink. * Cartons of eggs must be stored on the bottom shelf in the walk-in cooler. * Repair or adjust the veggie cooler so that it maintains 4 C or below. At this time, it is only used for veggies -Walk-in cooler below 4 C. -Upright freezers < -18 C. -Sliding door cooler < 4 C -Bleach sanitizer available at 100 ppm -Hand sinks properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels -Kitchen canopy hood clean and well maintained. -Dishwasher final rinse reached 72.5 C at the plate surface. -Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks. -General sanitation is satisfactory -No signs of pests noticed at the time of inspection.
