Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. No bleach water was prepared at the time of inspection. Noted used wiping cloths on the table.
2. Noted chopsticks were soaked in the water at the mop sink.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Repeated infraction. Prepare 5 bleach water buckets in the kitchen.

2. Do not use the mop sink for washing utensils. The mop sink is for cleaning mop and dumping grey water only.

Corrective Action(s): The facility has a cockroach issue.

2. Pest control: weekly pest control is required

Corrective Action(s): The kitchen must be maintained in clean condition in order to control cockroach issue.
Clean the hard to reach areas thoroughly. Immediately.

Observation: Noted dirt an grimes along the walls, under the sink, walk in cooler, walk in freezer, and dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Thorough cleaning is required daily. The store currently has a night time cleaner to clean the kitchen. All hard to reach areas under the equipment and corners must be cleaned daily as well. Clean immediately.
