-All hand sink stations fully supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.
*Regular hand washing observed during inspection - excellent
-Low temp dishwasher noted 100 ppm chlorine at the plate.
-Sanitizer bottles/buckets noted 200 ppm QUATS.
-Ice machine appears to be maintained in sanitary condition
-Grill area, vent hoods and cooking equipment appear to be maintained in sanitary condition - removable vent grease panels being cleaned during inspection
-All food is stored off the ground and protected
-All light fixtures have protective covers in place
-Raw meats are stored separate from ready to eat / cooked foods
-Dipper well in use at time of inspection.
-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - no major concerns
