- Handsink at the front area, back kitchen area and in washroom are supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - front milk cooler, walk-in cooler are measured at less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer and drawer freezer are functional and measured at less than -18C
- Hot holding unit for gravy is measured at greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Sanitizer in buckets and at three compartment sink dispenser is measured at 200ppm quats
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Foodsafe is verified at the time of inspection
