Comments

- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were available at hand sinks.
- Bleach solution was available for wiping cloths. Please keep track of cloths and ensure that they are able to keep food contact surfaces adequately sanitized by soaking them in bleach solution as noted in sanitation plan.
- Fruit flies noted in drive-through serving station. This area needs more frequent wiping down to prevent the build-up of spilt liquids.
