Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available at time of inspection. Operator states that surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at the end of the day. Undiluted household bleach is available.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare 100 ppm bleach sanitizer by mixing 1/2 teaspoon bleach with 1L clean water. Ensure food contact surfaces are sanitized throughout the day. Date to be completed by: Immediately

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large amount of frozen meat in process of thawing in prep sink filled with water. The faucet was turned off.

2. Under cold running water
3. Through cooking step if portions are small
