-All coolers were below 4 degC. Operator has purchased a new prep cooler and display cooler.
-Freezer's -18 degC
-Soups were all above 60 degC
-Washroom and kitchen handsinks were fully equipped
-200ppm bleach solution available in a spray bottle for sanitizing purposes.

ENSURE DISHES ARE WASHED PROPERLY. WASH AND RINSE IN ONE SINK AND SANITIZE IN THE 2ND SINK AS DISCUSSED.
