Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwiches, wraps, sausage rolls in display cooler too warm at 8C
Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods above 4C for greater than two hours to be discarded, and the unit taken out of service until repaired and written approval is received from Fraser Health to put this unit back in service.

Observation: Fly infestation, foods not covered, food handler touching hair and then serving food.
Corrective Action(s): Integrated pest management plan to be implemented, and foods covered, even while cooling to prevent insects from landing on them.
Food handlers to adequately pin/tie back hair so that they do not have to brush out of face or eyes and make sure that they wash their hands before handling any food.

Corrective Action(s): Integrated pest management plan to be implemented, foods are to be covered to prevent contamination and thorough cleaning of the premises done to reduce food sources.

Observation: Food debris, splatters spills throughout the back prep area, front serving area and back storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Premises needs a thorough cleaning including:
- all walls, shelves, cupboards, drawers, countertops and floors
- under, beside, behind and inside all fixed-in-place and countertop equipment
- storage room freezers needs cleaning inside as well as defrosting.
