Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. No sanitizing step was taken at the 3 compartment dishwashing sink.
2. Observed dishwashing (with water and soap only) at the handsink.
3. The wiping cloths for milk steamer wand were not properly sanitized after use.
Corrective Action(s): -Ensure all utensils used in the facility are washed and then sanitized at the 3 comparment dishwashing sink.
-100ppm Cl (Bleach) solution needs to be filled in the 3rd comapartment sink for sanitizing.
-No dishwashing is allowed at the handsink. The handsink must be used for handwashing only and must be free of any objects in the sink basin.
-The store opens 5 hours a day. The store will have 5 clean cloths to rotate per day. Change to a clean cloth every 1 hour to prevent bacterial growth on the used cloths. Ensure to wash and sanitize them using bleach water at the end of each day.
