Observation: Rodent droppings observed in back garbage room (especially near electrical wall), microwave room, bar, and along the North wall of the main kitchen
Corrective Action(s): 1) Document where rodent activity has been noted
2) Provide above list to a professional pest control company
3) Deep clean the kitchen and adjacent rooms. Dilute bleach with water 1:9, saturate droppings, then wipe up while wet. Clean out lower level drawers and cupboards.

General sanitation must be improved to discourage rodent activity
