Routine inspection - Hand washing station supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Cooling units measured at or below 4 degree C(40F). Freezers measured at or below -18 degree C(0F). - Dishwasher registered at 71 degree C. Ensure to check and record the rinse water temperature daily & Keep records. - Hot holding unit for soups measured at or above 60 degree C. - Food reheating in air fryer discussed with operator. Fryer baskets cleaning and sanitizing discussed. - Bleach water sanitizer available in spray bottle. 100-200 ppm chlorine residue detected in sanitizer. Bottle is properly labeled. - Cutting board and other food contact surfaces washed and sanitized frequently. - General sanitation is satisfactory. Dry storage was clean and organized. - No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date. Note: Fraser Health operating permit fee discussed.
