Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Knives were observed stored in the space between prep counter and adjacent wall. Knives were removed for sanitizing at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure knives are not stored in this space as is cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. A nearby magnetic knife strip is available.

Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-ATSUKW

- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- A thermometer accurate to 1 degree C is available for the cook line glass cooler
- Cook line glass cooler ambient temperature at 3 degrees C
- No newspaper was observed covering foods in walk in cooler
- Oil-soaked cardboard has been removed.
