=Walk-in drink cooler (1C) and domestic cooler in kitchen (4C) measured < 4 degrees C
=domestic freezer (-18C) and chest freezer (-20C) measured < -18 degrees C
=Low temperature glass washer measured >50 ppm chlorine at the plate surface
=NSF approved domestic dishwasher installed on site. Always run it on the sanitizing cycle
=Sanitizer solution approximately 200 ppm QUATS available in spray bottles
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor.
=Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary manner
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection;
note; kitchen area experienced fire 8-9 months ago (no record of incident in Fraser Health database). Kitchen has been rebuilt but with the removal/replacement of oven/stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. contact area inspector before commencing operations of the kitchen and providing food service. food service from this kitchen will require health approval .
