Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer not in use at time of inspection - staff not using a sanitize step when washing dishes, and bleach bucket for rags was not in use
Corrective Action(s): Staff were shown how to make a sanitizer solution and were given an instructional sign on how to wash, rinse, sanitize all food contact equipment.
