Handwashing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Dry ingredients in pest-proof bins equipped with lids in good working condition. Foods are stored at least 15 cm off the floors and protected from contamination. Tiles under equipment along cook line replaced. Floors are smooth, non-porous, and easily washable to encourage cleaning. Screen door bottom component replaced and noted in good working condition. OUTSTANDING: 3-door prep cooler near walk-in cooler and standing display cooler unable to maintain ambient air temperature at 4C or below. Operator to ensure units do not store potentially hazardous foods until they are serviced or replaced and capable of maintaining ambient air temperature at 4C or below.
