Comments

Follow-up inspection to report #PKUR-CH4UJE.

Discussed with operator the following:
-High level disinfectant to be used for microdermabrasion head pieces.
-New protective eyewear has been purchased for the operator. Ensure protective eyewear is labelled with the same wavelength that is emitted by the laser (i.e. 755 nm, 810 nm, 1064 nm, etc.) and has an optical density of at least 5 or when using equipment that is an intense pulsed light (IPL) system, us protective eyewear appropriate for multi-wavelength emissions. Always follow manufacturer's recommendation.
